After a long day at work/ school, we often reach home with a tired body. Our bodies are tense and our minds are stressed. It is important that we take some time to unwind ourselves and relax our body. Sometimes, it can be hard to get into the mood due to all sorts of circumstances. It is helpful then to use some product to ease us up. The Open Space team has gathered 4 different local products that might help you in improving your sleep quality. 1. Candles: Kandle Kandle

There are many special scented candles available in the store such as sea salt wood and rose honeycomb. Candles can be helpful for sleeping. The smell helps activate the brain in such a way that it helps slow the heart rate and can help muscles relax. This prepares us for better slow-wave sleep. If you are concerned that the candle might be dangerous leaving it unattended, the shop also sells diffuser oil and room spray. These might be safer alternative.
