November theme: Minimalism

This month, we are focusing on a topic that has been discussed heavily a few years ago, but yet still deserved attention till now - minimalism.
Minimalism is a challenge for all of us, especially in this era of social media where we are surrounded with advertisements that encourage us to possess more stuff, more wealth or more attention.
However, scientific studies show that the rate of anxiety and depression among young adults rises as the same rate of our general wealth accumulation. If having more stuff is not the key to a better life, maybe we should try to hold on to lesser things?
Minimalism is the tool that helped us simplify our lives by stripping away the excess so we could focus on what’s truly important.
This coming weeks we will touch on different kinds of activities surrounding minimalism. We are also organising a 21 day minimalism challenge. Follow us for more details on the challenge and we will share with you more interesting facts and tips about minimalism!
